Quiet work sustains the land, and the humble, unseen dedication of ranching families continues to shape the future of our landscapes. Join us as we honor that spirit at the Ranchers Stewardship Alliance Annual Banquet: The Work of Quiet Hands.

We are honored to welcome Ryan Taylor as our keynote speaker. Taylor is the Director of Public Policy for Ducks Unlimited in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana, and he manages his family’s cattle ranch near Towner, North Dakota, carrying forward a ranching legacy that began in 1903. His work focuses on aligning the goals of farmers, ranchers, sportsmen and women, and conservationists in voluntary, working lands habitat conservation. His message is brought to life with ranch humor, lived experience, and a touch of classic rope work woven into his storytelling, a small reminder of the skill and quiet hands behind real cowboy logic.

We will gather at 5:00 p.m. for a no-host social, followed by a 6:00 p.m. dinner and program. We will enjoy dinner together as part of the evening’s program. Throughout the night, we will reflect on the past year, look ahead to 2026, share stewardship successes, and celebrate the generous contributions shaping RSA’s future.
