DESCRIPTION:An on-the-land\, immersive\, hands-on learning experience that 
 equips the future rural workforce with basic ranch and rural skills. \n\nA
 ttendees from multiple programs will learn from local ranchers\, land stew
 ards\, operators\, mechanics and community members the basic skills for ra
 nching and living in rural areas. These skills include everything from how
  to talk to ranchers\, to first aid\, grazing decisions\, and vehicle oper
 ations and maintenance.\n\nThis is an exclusive event offered to college s
